This Privacy Policy explains how Berha Medical Supplies ("we", "Berha") handles personal data processed through the Berha Medical mobile application and related services (together, the "App"). The App is a business-to-business (B2B) platform for browsing a medical product catalog and submitting order requests.

We do not collect location data. The App does not access your device GPS/location. It uses only the Internet permission and does not request camera, location or contacts permissions.

All client-server communication is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are stored using a strong hashing algorithm. Accounts are protected against repeated failed logins with temporary lockout.
We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as the service requires. You can delete your account from within the App: Profile → Delete Account anonymizes/removes your personal data and login credentials. Commercial records that must be kept by law (e.g. invoice/account records) may be retained in anonymized form for the period required by regulation.
The App is intended for businesses and does not address users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Tüm istemci-sunucu iletişimi HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Parolalar düz metin olarak saklanmaz; güçlü bir özetleme (hash) algoritmasıyla saklanır. Hesaplar, art arda hatalı girişlere karşı geçici kilitleme ile korunur.
Verilerinizi hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece ve hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklarız. Hesabınızı uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Profil → Hesabı Sil adımıyla kişisel veriler ve giriş bilgileriniz anonimleştirilir/kaldırılır. Yasal olarak saklanması gereken ticari kayıtlar (ör. fatura/cari kayıtları) ilgili mevzuat süresince anonimleştirilmiş biçimde tutulabilir.
Uygulama işletmelere yöneliktir ve 18 yaş altı kullanıcılara hitap etmez. Bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
